1993年に17歳でドラマーとしてメジャーデビュー。1997年から2017年まではHARCO（ハルコ）名義でシンガーソングライターとして活動し、2018年からは本名の青木慶則に名義を変更。さらに2024年から、他アーティストをフィーチャーしたソロユニット・tobiuo studioも始動。
こうしたリリースやライブ活動などと並行して、2000年ごろから現在に至るまで、TV・Webコマーシャルの楽曲制作・歌唱・ナレーションを数多く担当。他アーティストへの楽曲提供（作詞・作曲・編曲）、サウンドプロデュースも行う。
さらに映画・演劇・TV番組・ミュージアムの音楽制作、ギャラリーでのサウンドインスタレーションなど、常に多岐にわたる分野で活躍中。2024〜5年にはニューヨーク州におけるMaiko Kikuchiのアート・パフォーマンスの音楽も担当した。
2024年10月、tobiuo studio 合同会社を設立。外部チームメンバーと共に、アーティストのマネージメント、エージェント、レーベル運営、カルチャーメディア運営などを行っている。音楽レーベルは現在、”Symphony Blue label” “Flyyinn” “ハルコレート”を主宰。

CEO of tobiuo studio LLC
Yoshinori Aoki made his major debut in 1993 at the age of 17 as a drummer. From 1997 to 2017, he worked as a singer-songwriter under the name HARCO. In 2018, he began performing under his real name, Yoshinori Aoki. In 2024, he also launched tobiuo studio, a solo project featuring collaborations with various artists.
Alongside his own releases and live performances, Aoki has been active since around 2000 in composing, performing, and narrating music for numerous TV and web commercials. He also provides songs (lyrics, composition, and arrangement) for other artists and works as a sound producer.
In addition, he creates music for films, theatre productions, television programs, and museums, and has presented sound installations in gallery spaces. In 2024–2025, he composed music for an art performance by Maiko Kikuchi in New York State.
In October 2024, he founded tobiuo studio LLC. Together with an external team, the company operates artist management, agency services, record labels, and a culture media platform. The labels currently run by the company include Symphony Blue label, Flyyinn, and Harcolate.
